i just removed the lithium ion battery from the laptop im using right now.(i have it hooked up 24/7 and it always stays on my desktop.

I got a latitude d610. but i bought it used at a store called epc. the battery it came with is a different voltage and mAh, and it’s life is about to die. I need a new one, but I don’t know if this would work or not. :/ Dell has always made such amazing quality products. And man LiPo (Lithium Polymer) battery explosions are efing epic!
Dell I have recieved my laptop and it was on fire when I recieved it. Then it exploded. So how was this oversite made. It must have been on fire from the moment it was shipped.

I have a question. They say FAA said nothing would happen if a laptop battery explode on a plane. HOWEVER this news report is also saying that A UPS plane had to make an emergency landing cuz explosion of a battery. SOooo … someone is lying.
Its strange that only the brand the most people hate “dell” and dell was the only company that had battery burns etc….. Other companys that people like such as HP, Sony, IBM lenovo, ASUS, Acer (Some people hate) etc…. only had a error saying that the battery had a error or the battery is damaged replace it error message
