However! Thanks for explaining it to me, I’d seen other guides but none seemed to show what should happen, just to let you know about those two possibilities

My Aspire One AOD250 is not charging the battery after 85%-89%, it won’t go any higher, I’m desperate and there are a lot more of users who share this same problem with me, I’ve tried recalibrating and bios update, which seems to be useless, the same battery in another same model charges to the same point, but in another model it charges completely. I hope you can help, thx.

Then Charge it up to full.

My friend’s Aspire one kept dying because it wasn’t calibrated. I set up a power scheme for it based on the “always on” configuration, saved it and named it “battery calibration”. Now, when he wants to recalibrate, he can choose that instead of always having to reset the choices to never in the always on power scheme.
