It doesn’t come with flash, but I have the Flash Lite software if you buy it.

But, with a 300mhz processor, you won’t be able to watch flash videos anyways.

I don’t think it supports the joystick driver.

Windows CE 6.0 was built in 2006 and it’s software is even older.
I’ve never tried Messenger since I never needed an account on it, but I suspect that it’s only text chatting. Windows CE is pretty much the bare minimum.
