People do not worry about the specs. These computers mess up. My computer fan stop working. I can change the fan myself, but they will not sell it to me. They are trying to force me to send it in. And there tech support would have you waiting over over 45 mins in some cases. And they will not even tell me how much it would be to for them to fix it .

The problem is that they need to verify that you actually have it broken before they send you a fan. If you buy the fan, I don’t see what the problem is. If they give it to you for free, than that would be a problem because customers can lie to get free stuff.
