2, was losing 40% capacity w/each charge cycle when tested that day
3, adapter failing prob not coincidence.

If cells spontaneously failed, I expect a replacement &#039;cause that&#039;s not typical usage failure. I had a similar 40% loss per cycle issue w/my AAO OEM battery last year, also&lt;1yo.

Many devices only make a connection in the 2 GFI outlets in the kitchen &amp; bath so I suspect bad contact.]]></description>
