tengo 1portatil es hp pavilion dv4000,alprenderla me pide una clave de usuario y ami se me olvido
la mande a formatear en una empresa de servicio y me dijeron eso, no pudimos formatear la pc porq no tenemos la clave del usuario y intentamo de formatearla por la unidas de USB y x esa unidad de USB no pudimos tampoco porque parece que la targeta madre no reconoce los dispositivo unidades interna ni las externa y no pudieron formatearla, me pueden decir como soluciono eso

en xp no funcionaria rapido ya que xp solo reconoce hasta 3 gb de ram
not work in xp fast as xp only recognizes up to 3GB of ram
