I under stand the point of giving it to people who need these things in other country’s, and helping them build a foundation for themselves.
but what about creating something in America (and other country’s) that allows people to purchase one (only one per child) for their children as-well.
We have a system that functions quite a bit on personal ability above “standard” job levels.
some children are almost dammed to stay in the lower class just because of
“who” they’re born to.

@Newradical78 Uruguay is giving them to all student in Publc school. Thats 380 thousands baby ! JEJE, Argentina is trying somethin too. Maybe it wont help that much in the really poor countries yet. But it would help A LOT in sub developed ones like the ones in South America and some parts of Europe and Asia. Great Idea, 2 thumbs Up !
