@iDiggMGL ahahahahahahahaha, you think the mbp invented chicklet keyboards and metal bodies? LOLOLOLOLOLOLOL! and alienware is the bulkiest shit ive ever seen, might as well get a desktop.
@keepitFrosted Yeah, I guess your mom forgot to read the first line to you, huh? No problem, buddy, I’ll put it up again: “How does this guy keep a straight face when describing the design?” The design is a blatant rip off of a MacBook Pro, and that’s no exaggeration, unlike you’re “..save $1500..” BS, lol. Here’s a real fact though; for the price of a Envy I could get an Alienware laptop(obviously better) or a an XPS 15(same specs) for $550 less, no sarcasm, I’m being totally cereal.
@iDiggMGL yeh its a mbp ripoff, even tho it has better specs, at a much lower price. god what a rip off, who would want to save $1500 and get one of those faster machines /sarcasm/
right i’m confused about this, their is 2 types of these laptops from america and UK ???????
@cheezecakeV2 dont forget beautiful/better design look
@MrAleckazee No plans at this time. You can expect to see outlets like LAPTOP Magazine publish reviews in 3 to 4 weeks (I’m guessing/estimating).
Is there or are you going to do a review video on the HP Envy 14?
u know when i saw this at the store i thought it was a macbook pro until i looked at the HP logo then i was like wow this looks soo nice lol
i’m glad they copied the macbook idea and added a few extras to it. the mbp is a sexy notebook. now i can get a windows laptop without the apple price. windows 7 is a great os. i have a 4 and a half year old hp dv6426us that runs windows 7 very smooth, quick and snappy. i was surprise that its even able to handle the aero. if hp gets everything right then this will be a worthy buy.
@carsongbaker It can only hold one — you’d have to swap them out. Thanks.
How does this guy keep a straight face when describing the design? I favorited the video because these computers are good but come on, it’s a MacBook Pro ripoff, and I have the i7 MacBook Pro. Just thought Id say it.
There is an option for two 6 cell batteries. Can it hold 2 6 cell batteries internally at the same time, or is this to swap out?
@ostdrengen In my previous note I was referring to the HP ENVY 15. There are definitely some differences, between the ENVY 13 and ENVY 15. They are both offer a variety of Intel processors, slice battery options and dedicated premium service. The main difference between the two are the size and weight, the ENVY 13 is definitively for ultra-mobile users, while the ENVY 15 is for users who want to be mobile, but also want an additional boost in performance and screen real estate.
@afinnie HI and thanks for the reply.
well, I have in mind to play starcraft II when it releases. I don’t think it requires too much of the computer. Maybe I will play Battlefield bad company 2 too.
I have some other questions. And I’m going to travel with the computer every day, so I was wondering how long the computer will last in heavy conditions? (Does it have good Durability?)
How long does the battery last?
How heavy is it?
Thanks !!!
@ostdrengen I can check with the product manager. What games did you have in mind? Can you give me a list? Thanks.
@ostdrengen Ups… Did not finish.
I’m about to buy a notebook, and dont know which one to buy.
I need the notebook for working with Word, excel (and other school programs), but I also want to play some games on it sometimes.
I saw this HP envy 13, and I looks really cool, but I dont know much about it.
Can it run games, and other big applications?
