connector on my circuit board. mount the battery etc. there are 4 contacts on the battery. the 2 outside contacts are + and – my question for you is are the inner contacts for charging the battery? any help would be? great. nice job btw.

If you want to use these batteries for DIY purposes then use only +ve and -ve connection of the battery for charging and taking power out of it.
Use any of mobile or USB charger which normally has two wires, again +ve and -ve and connect these two wires with? the only two (-ve and +ve) contacts of the battery.
