I have a problem opening the side where the battery actualy plugs in to the laptop (the connector). There seem to be plastic? holders I cant open with the screw driver. You only explained the back cover opening without addressing that area. How do I open that part??

I used an xacto knife to cut all? the way around the plastic case. It wasn’t quite as easy as the video showed. Good Luck.
