I got 2 thin lines (1 pix width) running from the top? down on my screen, what should I do to fix this?

My screen is getting dimmer by the day and when not plugged in, the screen emits a? high pitched hum. I’m not sure if it’s the screen, backlight, or the inverter that needs replacing. Is there anyway to tell which part needs replacing?

Yeah, the sure way is? to have a working screen or a working inverter, then plug it in for a test.
