I had it turn on 2 times in battery mode by playing with it and it said replace the battery but i teseted the 2 batteries witha 12 vold computer fan nearly burning the fan out so i know the battery is good.

the yellow goes from one positive to the other negative? and a black to one ground, red to the other positive. Its a 24volt system.
