That’s not even available in Germany yet, but I took a look and depending on your selected configuration, it can be a beast of a computer. The graphics card is great, and the fact that you can throw in an i7 processor is just awesome. Of course, the downsides are that? it isn’t as mobile as the Envy 6, it’s heavier and bulkier and of course it’ll hit you’re wallet a lot harder.

Any take on the envy 15t?
This laptop would be perfect? for want you want to do. I just recently bought it ( except I live in Germany and the only config here is with the Ivy Bridge i5 processor and AMD graphics card) The built-in Intel HD 4000 is more than enough for just Word, etc. The battery life on mine so far is around 6 hours with the backlit keyboard off.
So, is Windows installed on the? SSD or the HDD?

Question: 8GB RAM/ HD Graphics 4000/ 15.6 “/32GB mSSD + 500GB;? do you recommend that for a college student who plainly wants that laptop for typing up notes and watching lectures online ONLY? Not interested in music, editing, etc. or anything else. Strictly having about ten word files open and searching the internet with twenty tabs.
Also, how’s the battery life??

@TechReviewedNet i would like to know how this laptop would perform with music production i was looking in to this an the 6z witch also looks good would yoou recomend either for light music production not much of a gamer myself? or shiuld i just go with a mac thank you.
i have a query….i tried installing win7ultimate using a usb drive…but around the end of the? installation i got this message “Windows Setup could not configure Windows on this computer’s hardware” and the setup kind of aborted…..is there any way around this because home basic is really not good enough
