Day 45 – More School Supplies
Day 45 – More School Supplies

School is back in session, and that has revealed a need for more school supplies. Notebooks, binders, pencils, and something called portfolio pockets (???) are apparently necessary. While my son was at his second driver’s ed class, my daughter and I went shopping.
This photo was a joint effort, in that I borrowed her camera. She has a cute little Nikon that is actually more advanced than Jamie’s. Since they both use SD cards, I put in Jamie’s card and my rechargeable batteries and annoyed Sara with my multiple attempts at a self-portrait. In the end, she liked this one best. She’s the MySpacer, so she knows best. :->
This is my forty fifth photo for 365 Days.

:] I LOVE LOVE shopping for school supplies! Take me oh take me! Haha.
Sounds exiting ; I really need to do drivers ed, I am such a slacker!
I love shopping for supplies. I just don’t like paying for them! Anything you touch costs $2, if not $5. Yikes!
My son (the suave devil) slacked off on taking driver’s ed too. As a result, he is stuck in a class with, quote, "boring stiffs and no hot chicks", unquote. Hot chicks? Who is he? Barbarino?!
I know the paying sucks, I can’t get out of Walgreens/Target/Office Max without spending at least $10.
I’m planning on just being lazy, taking the test when I turn 18, this July. . . oh well on whatever you learn in a class. As my Dad would say the teenagers favorite word is boring, or bored. Must be true, must be. And I didn’t take the class because I didn’t wanna be with all the freshman ; being a junior.
Ugh, school supply shopping is the worst! You’re so right about everything being so expensive, and my darn kid wants one of everything!
