My charger came accurately calibrated to 0.01V, which is pretty good. Another thing, though, when charging a 6 cell lead acid battery, it charges to 14.7V, which is a bit high I think. Any? idea if that is adjustable?
i own the same charger, however every time i try to charge a battery one of two things happens. either it says “connection? break” or it restarts itself and never charges. everything in correct polarity, both the main lead and balancing leads are plugged in, charger is set correctly, i just cant figure it out. worst is that its a Turnigy battery as well.
some spin all the time once charging, others (like mine) only spin when the unit gets hot. Keep an eye on it, but it should run after a good 20 mins of charging a lipo. I noticed in my car it comes on almost always since it must be? hotter ?
hope you figured this out by now, it means your charging leads have a break somewhere. Usually at the plug between the cables and the battery. Maybe a bad deans connector ? I had that issue? or a melted tamiya plug.
Good luck, that error will also come up if you disconnect the battery while charging
Auto is better
When charging nimh.nicd use AUT setting
When using Lipo – use the balance setting, its the best way, no need to discharge/charge lipo. Balance will balance? all the cells so its ideal. Use discharge only if you are storing your lipos and wont be using them for a while. The charger also has a storage setting for having your lipos ready to go say during a season vs. over winter ?
Cheers
mine will do that when the battery is fully charged, like just stay at 0.0 amp for? ages… i just press stop at that pont.
OMG thank you… and 100x videos to get to the point…? one 10min video with no useless talking would suffice.
GOD DAMN IT … why do you talk sooo much shit ????!?!?
Can you please get to the point faster ? No offense, your videos have good topics but WHY talk soo much ?? WHY ??? makes me wanna kill myself listening to? this.
FYI people, this is the same as a Hitec X1 charger, i know since i own both, great little unit so you can use the manual from hitec which is well written.
FUCKING? CRAIG
Thanks. I did not know this function of? my charger.
can you charge? (not balance) lipos solely through the balance ports?? All my lipos have balance plugs.
i? have purchased the same one, i get connection break error. can anyone help
Dude you? talk way too much
is that the fan that’s? making that sound? mine is not spinning on my unit.
Hi there, is? there a way to calibrate the balance ports ?
Thanks
what size jack supplies? the power to this charger
Hey mate just got my accucell 6 and noticed when charging my nimh 2000mah glow igniter, during the charging screen I’ve noticed every know and then it will drop? from saying 2.0A to 0 only for a couple seconds. Is this normal or I got a faulty charger. Cheers.
I have this charger but what is the difference between the? AUT and MAN setting? Which is better? I charge lipos and nimhs.
is there a way to? calibrate cell by cell?
what size bullet? connectors?
mine keeps? saying ‘input vol err’!!!!!! HELP!!!
you should have pointed out that mnorbert17′s video helped you out with this? first!
Thanks for the calibrating video Craig…well done!!?
The charger can be used on a 16.4v power adaptor as long as the amps are high? enough. I use a nearly 20 year old, 60w 15v 4a IBM laptop power supply for mine – i never quite push the charger up to its limits, say about 40 watts at most so it’s all good.
hey man what? do you plug your charger into? Did you buy the actual power supply
