@adamosification not.that one. psus dont come with that kind? of switches
I don’t know why you decided that it’s military, but no? – it’s a cheap Chinese switch.
it is the fucking switch that is on? the PSU
@JumperOneTV the one above the green and red leds. its called military switch? or and rocket switch
what military switch? O_o?
where? did you get that military switch?
Great video, Im going to convert mine, however my supply is slightly? different I have three 12V rails, 12V1, 12V2 and a -12, I also have a +5vsb. I have an isolation switch already so dont require that. The supply is very compact and to install binding posts will mean that some wires will not reach, do all wires require connecting together? Thanks
1k?
hi i have a question what? value rezistors did you use to connect the led’s
Those low? values is for better load regulation. Not all ATX power supplies need values to be that low.
How come it’s necessary to go as low as around 5-10 ohms with the dummy load? I’m just wondering, because I think it’s a pity to waste all that energy going? through the dummy resistor. Wouldn’t it be enough with 50 ohms or something?
-12 and -5V might be really handy. for example, if you need? 24V – which is pretty common voltage for lots of electronic devices, you can get it between -12V and +12V terminals. Also, -5V and +5V might be handy for powering op-amps and similar analog circuitry.
p.s. I don’t speak German. Not yet at least.
was? ist -5V und -12V für was braucht man das

Can I add adjustable voltage supply? so that i will have fixed voltage supply and adjustable voltage supply. with a mini display voltmeter in adjustable voltage supply. how can i do? that can u help me?
couldn’t be done better
awesome? job
thnx a lot

Whats the name? of the red items ? (connectors)
when i plug my supply in after this I end up with a very high pitched noise the decreases in pitch once i disconnect it, is this? the supplies?
btw nice project realli like it oh my applicationn is car audio

hey? am an amatuer and all i want is to put the dummy load as u said on +5volt and gnd and based on the amount of resistance i could make the +12volt +13.8 volts is tht possible
