Fretting About the Tenuousness of My Connection with the World
Fretting About the Tenuousness of My Connection with the World

Back in the office, obsessing about the important things — such as, if that little cord on the power supply to the iBook breaks, I’m dead. These days the battery is only good for a half-hour or so. Am I worrying too much? Sure, it looks cool — but will it last? Does Steve Jobs sacrifice too much for style? The eternal Apple questions. . . Meanwhile, whenever I pack it up, I’m careful not to twist the cord if at all possible.

120%+ SUPER BATTERY LIFE! Buy Durable Laptop Batteries at LaptopBatteryLife.com
lol, the important things in life!
Don’t know about Steve Job’s version of electricity, but with a soldering iron and a voltmeter I’ve kept Bill Gates version working for years.
Good thing is you can always buy new components if the old ones break. Takes you not more than a drive to the next Apple store. Right?
(I have 3 power supplies for my notebook – one at the office desk (docking station connection), one in my desk drawer (for taking along when I go on business travel from the office) and one at home.)
Here’s hoping you stay connected. I’d miss ya.
