		<description><![CDATA[I was asked the same thing on another of my desktop pictures, so I&#039;ll just repost it here.

There are a few ways of doing this. You should always make a back-up of your computer before doing any of them.
One way is to copy and paste the following Terminal line into Terminal:
defaults write com.apple.dock no-glass -boolean YES; killall Dock
Then press enter.

Another way is to install the pref pane &#039;Secrets&#039;, and under the Top Secrets category, choose Dock Appearance.
