		<description><![CDATA[The ES350 and its siblings are the very definition of &quot;minimal build quality&quot;. They are very cheaply made. Even the most basic of modern desktops is likely to load one of these past the halfway point. If? there is a way you could get even a slightly better unit (like the BK500), it would be worthwhile.

Laptops don&#039;t require a UPS. A good quality power filter would do. The ES350 would be likely to run a small device like a router for an hour or so on its stock battery.]]></description>

Then there are two wires for the input from the voltage to be monitored. Here is where things get tricky. Some meters will read the voltage no problem, however you hook the leads up.
