I have a 2200mha 3s from Hobbyking that I got new and it died the very first time I plugged it in and used it, I took the wrap off then end like in your video and I saw the exact same problem like in your video. I flowed some new solder across the gap and not it works perfectly. Thanks for? your insight.

out of 22 lipos i have here from hobbyking only 2 have? come posted with dead or low voltage cells
1 was run over buy a law tractor so i replaced it , .other 1 i puffed dew to lipo cut of disabling it self ,
replace it with this one ,no luck lol dam it
