Hi! I’m planning to buy this laptop for educational purposes so I’d like to make sure that it would work well with projectors in big classrooms and auditoriums with very long VGA cables. I hope you could share something about your experience with projection using this laptop.
what worries me is this review i read in amazon: the user couldnt make it work for cables longer than 9 ft.
i wonder if it’s true and if the problem is with the laptop itself or the VGA dongle that? comes with it.thanks!

yes it is possible, but you might need to go to the ELAN smart pad options (under Mouse of the Control Panel) and enable scrolling on the smartpad. I noticed? that scrolling doesn’t work on Windows 8 preview, likely due to drivers not installed or recognized. But in Windows 7, it should work.

It’s hard trying to get the NP350 one cause neither amazon or ebay have international shipping, but theres one that ships internationally which is the 300U1A-A01 version? so I just wanted to find out.
