They are called directional buttons. Just map the game to use directional buttons instead of WASD if you really want to play on this. Cideko got better gaming alternatives? though

great for PC gamers, you can have it beside you while you play your game, e.g: in iRacing you can have this attached on the side? of your playseat and when you need to use a keboard its there beside you ready
