hello,
i too have got a toughbook a cf-m34 PIII 400, i want to install a linux ubuntu install onto it, or maybe a dual boot with xp, how easy was this route to take, and were there any issues, i cant seem to find much documentation about doing this on the internet, any info would be great

Hi, I’m in the process of installing xp onto the HD of my cf m34 (the drive is formatted and partitioned, and cannot get xp to install 8( , do you have an actual tutorial, or step by step? I ordered the IDE adapter, but the cfadpt7 can be purchased as single or dual which one is used?

Hi, I’m an admin for a group called Rugged Computing, and we’d love to have this added to the group!

Neat! Done this sortof thing with Sun systems and a couple of Cobalt web servers but not with toughbooks – yet.
