Chinese??
I have this laptop. Currently on it right now. It’s actually pretty wonderful. I do my engineering work on it and it performs wonderfully. I especially love that it has a finger print scanner for ease? of use.
You know what would have been icing on the cake? If you said “Commercial? was created using a Lenovo ThinkPad W520″ at the end.
PHOTOGRAPHERS SHOULD NOT BUY LENOVO W520 BECAUSE THE FHD LCD IS GIVING INACCURATE COLOUR SATURATION. COLOURS ARE OVERSATURATED, SEND IT FOR REPAIRS AND THEY DID’T FIND ANYTHING WRONG BUT THE COLOURS ARE STILL OVERSATURATED. I M SO DISAPPOINTED WITH LENOVO SUPPORT BECAUSE THEY DO NOT UNDERSTAND MY PROBLEM. THIS LAPTOP ITS NOT FOR PHOTOGRAPHERS!!!?
omg thats so? fckin cool
Hey friend, I found a way to hack the system. It can potentially triple the volume of your machine, by cranking up the sound card. Its called “DFX Audio Enhancer”. Don’t expect the quality? of the sound to remain the same, but honestly, its not bad. I swear..lol. Try it and let me know. Peace
I just revisited this video, and hadn’t known that you’d replied? to that comment. Have you gotten anything better out of your “speaker” or are you still in anguish from your friends’ jeers? I ask because I’m STILL looking doing my research on these and others (and I see that it’s been at least 4 months of research)….about to pull the trigger, but of course want the best possible machine.
Make a? video.
Beautiful monster! Just? got one (i7, FHD, color sensor) myself!
Lenovo >>>>>>>>>>>? Apple
It’s meant for Cad work, and Design. It’s not a gaming computer, the gpu is better than your average gaming card, but it’s built to handle something else. If you buy this for gaming,? it’s a poor choice.
Beautiful ad and a? impressive computer.
that card was not? very good if u demand high fps for game plus they nvr put gaming as primary selling point
It has the wrong type of gfx card for video games…?
awesome ad.?
lol, yes, that is a linguistic mistake. Anyways, the fact that it has more than one speaker just makes the case against it? WORSE. They suck !!! Anyone who says that the sound system is ok is either a liar, or never had another laptop to compare. It can get pretty humiliating when your friends laugh at your speakers …after you spend £2100 to buy your laptop.
It actually has “speakers”. Not just a speaker. ? Plural.
Alienwares are faster? and probably more a twat gamer’s speed.
And you also get considerable? battery life, for times when you aren’t using the nvidia and it switches over. The machine can also withstand ten tons of snow and the bite of the fiercest polar bears…I know, my last assignment was in Alaska and that’s what happened to my W.
My W520 with a Quadro 2000M card plays Skyrime fine but to play BF3 with 50FPS u have to lower the resolution. ?
Although I don’t have a w520, I’m pretty sure that any computer with graphics that have 2gb of vram, 16gb of ram, second gen core i7 processors, ontop of that you can add a FHD screen, should be able to handle any intensive game just fine(considering you don’t have? like a million processes going on at the same time).
I know that it is a workstation, but can it play? modern games at high fps? Like Battlefield 3 and Skyrim? It’s just that, i feel that if i pay this much money for a workstation this powerful, it should also be able to game for example those games at native resolution at at least 40 fps on medium. Can anyone answer me on this?
oooOOOooo purttyyyy?
