My T420 with an i7-2640M can run it but only at about 15FPS. So I would say no on the X220.? Minecraft is surprisingly demanding.

i am a professor and i want to use a tablet laptop in my lectures. What mdel would you suggest. i am not going to play games, but is really important that it is? easy and comfortable to write and draw shapes using the pen (or stylus ).
the x220 is very capable for school work, i have the 320gig 2.4ghz i5 processor? with 4gigs of ram and i use it to program,w/ 20+ tabs open. I have the IPS display and it’s great! the keyboard is AMAZING, i can type on it for hours. the new x230 came out and the selling point of that laptop is the integrated graphics card, and since i don’t do that much gaming isn’t something to go crazy for.
Would you do a review on the new x230t if possible? I would really like to know what your opinion is.? Thanks.

A better bet will be the new x230. It will be out in a few weeks, and includes the new Intel Ivy? Bridge processors.
you think this laptop would be good for programming/photoshop/some light gaming? I hope it’s not too outdated, since if I get this I would hope? to use it for the next four years at least :s

Has anybody else experienced cracking of the screen casing at the top left and right corners. Its annoying me and im wondering can? it be fixed by the warranty?
