well that’s up to you. i prefer the 1080p screen because its full HD, and because of the RGB LED. The RGB LED provides very? sharp colors IMO.
that depends. did you? order it off dell’s website pre configured? or did you configure it yourself? the back lit keyboard is optional with any model of the xps 15 if you configure it on there website, but if you ordered a pre configured xps then you will have to look at the specs to check. also, you can go on to dell’s website and view your order configuration.
Does the 800 dollar version come with the? backlit keyboard? I just ordered it.
i got the full 1080p hd display which has a maximum resolution of 1920×1080. if you? get the 720p display it will have a maximum resolution of 1366×768

this is an update to the last reply i did. Dell recently updated all XPS 15s to the? sandy bridge processors. The prices are the same. If you haven’t already, you should order the sandy bridge.
i would go with? the sandy bridge one. the i5(non sandy bridge) starts at $799 and the i7(all sandy bridge) starts at $1049. its your choice. they both come with the same specs except graphics cards, processors, and and chicklet style keyboard on the L502X(new one)
do you recommend getting it right? now, or wait for the updated version with sandy bridge?
