220.5…..explain how you can have half a pixel in a screen, even if you could, then the amount of pixels wouldn’t be evenly spread across? the whole screen. the PPI is 220

Sheepishly, I was wrong. The screws? are listed as a proprietary ‘pentalobular’ screws. They do sell kits that include these drivers online though.
Yes and the SSD in both the 13″ and 15″ Retina MacBook’s can now be replaced with a 480GB SSD thanks to OWC (Other World computing) So I would go with the base model, upgrade the ram from 8GB – 16GB (only if you want)? And then upgrade the ssd later on if you feel you need more space. The Processor upgrade is not really worth it, and not a really big improvement over the 2.3 i7.

when is the next one supposed to come out? I have been waiting for this at christmas since the day it came out (like 6 months) and i need it for school in? 2013, but i don’t want to buy a $2,500 macbook just to find out theres a newer better cheaper version next week
Great review and and very? honest. I think I might wait until 2015 i.e. when Skylake processors are released to upgrade my Macbook Pro to a retina version. By then apps and websites should have been fully optimised to retina/high resolution displays. Plus, I think Apple may lower the prices to more reasonable prices.
How does a laptop heat up? to 167 degrees Fahrenheit?
The screws are Torx. You? can pick up a set of Torx drivers at most hardware stores if you want to open the case.

Only about 110 more days to go based on the average, although I expect it to be a bit longer and it wont be that amazing of an upgrade its still worth waiting for. google the macrumors buying guide for? more info.
I’m getting the 15″ macbook pro. If I play games like guild wars 2 and starcraft 2, do some downloading and watch tv shows and movies on my computer all the time. What do? you guys recommend for me?

Great review, however, you are? wrong about the ventilation system on it. The exhaust vents are still by the screen hinges, the new vents on the sides are inlets to get an improved airflow inside the chassis. Keep up the good work.
yeah gloss screens are only a? good idea in a dimly lit room.
Those keys would be horrid for gaming.? Want decent keyboard, not the slimline type.
Pretty stupid. If you spend the? same amount as the macbook pro you’ll get a far better laptop.
