There are 4 screws on the back of the watch. Have? you removed the strap to reveal the screws?

FYI: My Timex Expedition (I think it’s the “Classic”)? is not like the watch in the video. It only has one arrowhead and no pinhole. I don’t see a way to remove the battery without unscrewing internal screws.
