No need to throw away Windows 7, you can install it on the Macbook Pro in case you’re using it for gaming or any other apps which might not be? compatible with Snow Leopard.

ive bought a mac mini as mutli media centre and a 17″ macbook ive become immune to OS i prefer it? over windows now, and because i do alot of photo editing and graphic design its alot easier with a mac

That’s awesome bro! Yeah, it’s better to stick with Mac OS X instead of Windows, especially for your photo editing and graphic design. I’m also very pleased and happy with my switch from Windows Vista to Mac OS X in 2008 when I got? my first Macbook Pro which later sold.

WOW $2799?!?!?!?!?! For $250 more you can get a 2.66GHz i7 with 8GB RAM, Intel and NVidia 330M 512MB VRAM, 500GB 7200RPM HDD and Snow leopard! Or you can get the base 17″ MacBook Pro with an i7? for $2499. Apple has really reduced their prices, quite a bit actually

Funny you mentioned that they reduced the prices. I found the first 17 inch Macbook Pro unibody, the one we were watching now for only $1699. That’s $1100 off, lol. I wouldn’t buy refurbished laptops and I’m sure Apple has their refurbished items in tip top shape and you’re? paying for the box for the brand new one without being touched, but still and who knows I might change my mind and go for it. I want a bigger laptop and light too so there it is
