when you play games on your m17x? how do you lower your heat on your laptop ? do you have some kind of cooling system?
How difficult was it to install windows and the drivers and stuff on the ssd? I just ordered my m17x and I want to buy an SSD from newegg to put windows and my games and stuff on.? Any advice you could give would be enormously helpful

How is the battery when not gaming? I know the 7970 is supposed to? have the self power regulating feature or something so would that help at all? I’m looking to buy a laptop for college and want to have a nice gaming setup also

Greek Dell Department doesn’t sell Alienware’s and i have to get it way more expensive from resselers
So i can’t talk to Greek Dell because it’s almost like it doesn’t exist…
lol. Also, never pay the asking price for your laptop. Call Dell and ask them? what the best price they can do on the config you want. I got $300 off mine by haggling.

The 7970m is? $600-700. Its a $170 upgrade on the dell site. Way cheaper to buy it with your alienware

2 screws? to access ram, hard drive bays, cpu, and gpu. Very easy,
There are 4 sections on the keyboard, then 1 for the trackpad, 1 for the? mutimedia keys and 1 for the alienware branding.
