You’d be amazed at how many people stop & look up too. I’ve done that. :-)

Mind you, I’ve also stopped & asked people what they’re looking at. I’m not snoopy so much as curious & hate to miss seeing something worthwhile noticing. Almost everyone is happy to share what interests them.
