Great review, do you still own this laptop ? hows the trackpad, on previous models the trackpad was a cause for? concern I only ask because I’m coming back over from a mbp and tbh the trackpad is probably a mbp best feature.

what kinda batttery life would you get for a mid level? brightness, all connectivity turned on, keyboard lighting turned off and just a few basic programs opened like say, 3-4 firefox windows and MS word?

if 3-4 hours is all you’re getting, then its pretty much a deal breaker for me :/
reckon you could test the battery out with similar usage to what I stated? originally? I’m hoping for at least 4-5 hours, also if you could try out power saver settings on your laptop that’d be great.

Hey dude, good review. I’m looking for a laptop that would handle music recording/production well. The specs check out? (7200 rpm hard drive, 8gb RAM and the obvious awesome beats audio) but how do you think it’d cope?
