i have a Latitude D410 and i am getting the sims 3 soon. I’ve heard the sims 3′s graphics are too…”good” to work on my computer. Will it work? or will i need to get a new video card? or should i? just not get the sims 3? PLZ REPLY

no no no games on thease laptops suck i have a D620 and a macbook pro and by far the D620 dose not play games? well more for video editing and busniess stuff
would it be ok to edit videos on this laptop?
i would use it to edit small things and wouldnt use it all the time for editing

I have a few latitudes, dont use them much because I use my advanced machines. I occasionally use a latitude, but not? much.

You’ll probably have to get a new battery? along with it. I got a 6-cell for $41 on eBay. Compare that to $140 from Dell.
Ok now is the time to buy a Dell D420. Ex-lease ones are being sold on ebay,? etc.. for around the £200/$300 mark. Grab one and stick in a Kingspec 1.8″ 64GB SSD, which is also available on ebay. Once thats done, do a complete install of XP and you will have a shit fast ultra portable that would compare to current laptops retailing at the £1000/$1500 mark.
I scored one of these for $300. The design is great, it’ll definitely be? useful in college.

if this was a? tablet id chop my legs off for one but am at a cross road advent umpc 4211 – Hp tx2000 or flybook v5 and the d420 BOLLOCKS! cant make my mind up
