That’s what I kept thinking while watching. An artillery team. This would have been great for minimum multiplayer, just a small session with only two, at max three guys working together on the artillery. No griefers, no DayZ players, no weird children. Just sitting? there calculating shit and doing milduty. Vacation with an added boom.
As much as I love free play, videos like these and the ACE²/ACRE demonstrations show me what I’m missing out on while leading an open, non-OA ArmA2 server. :/

Could you list all of the tools needed for example? the rangefinder and other items you were using to calculate this
Each shot is not always going to land directly on the target very time. Winds and other factors will? differ the shot by a little bit
Damn, How I miss REAL howitzers.? Its cool though how much immersion this sim gets into.
