4Sevens Maelstrom X10 XM-L Flashlight Review
The 4Sevens Maelstrom X10 is physically the same as the S12, but it has the CREE XM-L LED instead of the Luminus SST-90. Since both lights have the same size reflector, the much smaller LED in the X10 gives it increased throw while having slightly lower overall lumens. Just got the X10 (MMU-X-AA) The only problem is the case, when the light is in the case the fit is so tight that the light accidentally turns on, so i have to put the light upside down, meaning the front part down, doing it this way stops it from turning on, but the light fits rather loosely somewhat. First 4SEVEN i buy and i like it, just wished? their QC was better.

I don’t know, I’ve never used those myself. Ultrafire batteries tend to? be pretty crappy, so it might not provide enough power for the X10.
I have? a question, can I use Ultrafire’s 5000 mAh 26650 in the X10?
Is this X1O maelstrom brighter than the G25C2, I might? get this one since its cheaper

by the way, i really dislike the cool white color temp. neutral white is so much more pleasing to the eye (mine, at least). are neutral white led’s more expensive? what is the reason 99%? of lights are cool? the top 5 lights i want to get aren’t offered in neutral white. frustrating. i keep waiting for a light like the olight m20x in neutral, but haven’t found one. half the time, it doesn’t even say what the color temp is on lights. so, “cool” unless otherwise stated.

Nice review it is hard to decide wat light to buy it would be nice to do a comparison of the new 400+ lumen xm-l for less than 150$ it would give a better idea on? wat is better for you

They had to do a switch like that because they couldn’t find a reasonable one that could handle the amperage.
Man, awesome lights but terrible interface. I cannot believe they gave a? light like this a crappy twisty interface. You have to fumble around with two hands for constant on? That’s like a $15 budget light.. like a Preon (which you can upgrade to a clicky for a few bucks). Nice vids. I wish you would say the claimed lumen output of all lights though.. and claimed runtimes- only thing missing.
