They are absolute junk. I had 2? fail me within two months. Horrible customer service located in China.

It would be nice if Fenix offered a rubber? head band for hard hats.
Use NiCad or NiMH hi-output camera batteries, and it will have more than enough juice on #3 that you probably don’t even need #4. It runs about 5 hrs on #4, and all you have to carry is 4 AA to get 5 more hours, sure beats heavy bat packs, and you can just buy some bargain Alkalines if you don’t? have lots of Rechargables. batteryjunction has lots of stuff.
This works great if you velcro it to a bike helmet instead of using the straps. It is not heavy, and has more than enough power for mtn biking or road. It stays on “turbo” no problem. It has two “stopwatch” buttons that are easy to use? with most gloves. Buy it!

The specs don’t mention anything about dropping? the output.
Are you sure? that this one the hp11 dose not automatically lower its brightness like the hp10 dose, i really need to know because i need those extra lumens.
The manual does not mention anything about automatically stepping? down, so I think it is fine.
I know the HP10 would automatically switch? back to high after 3 min on turbo as a overheating precaution. Is this the same for the HP11 when on turbo? If not, is there any concern for overheating and damaging the LED on the HP11?

Yes, it will be at least as bright as the? MC10 if not more so.
I didn’t know that they were discontinued!, and I just read a litltle about the MC11 and it’s? only 81 Lumens max.. it’s ANSI, but will it be as bright as the MC10′s 125 lm?
MC10 was discontinued, but I’ll do one on the MC11 when? we get them.

Not sure, we never got any of the HP20? diffusers.
I like any of the low self? discharge ones.
Is that the same? diffuser they make for the hp20?
