FYI, you don’t have to screw in the back cover again before testing. Just set it in place and turn it over, then test it. If it works the way? you want, THEN screw in the back cover. Otherwise, keep adjusting and testing until you get it the way you want before screwing on the back cover.

Unfortunately? I messed with the screw on my MacBook’s Trackpad being foolish. I can’t seem to get that tiny screw in back where it was now. My Trackpad no longer clicks or isn’t able to be pressed down anymore.

My trackpad is uneven, would this fix mine? I read about it online and people were saying that there is? probably a loose screw under my trackpad. Also, I still do have warranty, is there any way to by-pass this so they can’t detect I took out the battery?

hey? the problem with my track pad is when I try to move the curser it barely moves and quite frequently controls itself which is annoying because when I try to click on a link it’ll move down to an app and click that as I click and it’s really doing my head in! What can I do, know anything about this problem?

If you try to screw it in, and it doesn’t work, than it probably means that you overs crewed it, and therefore striped the threads. The threads are the grooves in that hold the? screw in place, and if those are gone, than you’re pretty much out of luck. You’ll have to get the trackpad replaced.
